NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that an application has been made to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, by Rochford Homes Ltd for consent to discharge up to 9 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent from Land off Carlton Road/Main Street, Sudbrook, Lincolnshire into a Field drain leading to unnamed tributary of Honington Beck at National Grid Ref SK 9699 4464.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Team Leader Regulatory Water Quality (Northern Area), Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln LN2 5HA, to arrive not later than 23 December 2005, quoting Ref PRNNF/18495.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln LN2 5HA, at all reasonable hours.
