THE BEXLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 43) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley, on 7 November
2005, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, and 9 of and Part IV of Schedule
9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of
Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment
No 42) Order 2005 will:
(a) “at any time” waiting restrictions in additional lengths of Colyers Lane, Erith;
Mayplace Road West, Bexleyheath and Foresters Crescent, Bexleyheath;
(b) Monday to Saturday 8.00 am to 6.30 pm waiting restrictions are introduced in
an additional length of Park View Road, Welling.
3. A copy of the Order referred to above, which will come into operation on 14 November
2005, the relevant previous Orders, of a map which indicates the length of roads to
which the Order relates and of a statement of reasons for making the Order may be
inspected at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB, during
normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

6. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision
contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements
thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been compiled with
in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was
made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
