(Company No 3282772) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gibson Hewitt & Co, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, on 6 December 2005, at 10.15 am, to be followed at 10.30 am by a Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
