At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of FPC Services PLC, Lancaster Terrace, 124 Station Road, Ainsdale, Southport PR8 3HL, on 31 October 2005, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company would be wound up voluntarily, and that David Moore and Donald Bailey, of Begbies Traynor, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” R M Ralphs, Chairman
