NOTICE BY HIGHWAY AUTHORITY OF INTENTION TO APPLY TO MAGISTRATES’ COURT FOR AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 116 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Notice is given that application will be made to the Magistrates’ sitting at Aldridge Magistrates’ Court Rookery Lane, Aldridge, West Midlands WS9 8NR on 14 November 2005 at 9.45am for an Order that the highway known as Blakenall Close, Blakenall, Walsall, West Midlands, the location of which is indicated on a plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the One Stop Shop, Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, West Midlands, at all reasonable times. The said highway shall be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary and no longer needed for public use.
