Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26 July 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 August 2005, Leeds City Council as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of RONAN PATRICK KERR, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Burke and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kerr.
