THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 152) ORDER 2005

BLACK ROD CLOSE CRANFORD DRIVE/CROWLAND AVENUE/CRANFORD PARK ROAD/GRANVILLE ROAD SWALLOWFIELD WAY KINGSHILL AVENUE, HAYES FERNCROFT AVENUE, RUISLIP NORTHWOOD WAY/STANLEY ROAD, NORTHWOOD THE RUNWAY, SOUTH RUISLIP, TREVOR CRESCENT, RUISLIP, FORE STREET, EASTCOTE

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 19 August 2005 it made this Order which will impose: (a) waiting and loading restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in Schedule 1 to this notice; (b) waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in Schedule 2 to this notice; (c) remove a section of waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in Schedule 3. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 26 August 2005, can be seen at Hayes, Ruislip, South Ruislip, Eastcote, Northwood Hills Libraries and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal offices hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environment and Consumer Protection Group, telephone 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made. Waiting prohibited at any time and loading prohibited between 8.00 am to 10.00 am and 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday Grangewood Close, both sides, between the south-western kerbline of Fore Street south-west for a distance of 10 metres; Fore Street, Eastcote, the south-west side, between a point 10 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Grangewood Close and a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Grangewood Close. Schedule 2 Waiting prohibited at any time Cranford Drive, Hayes: (a) Both sides, from the north-western kerbline of Cranford Park Road north-west for a distance of 10 metres. (b) The north-west side, between a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Crowland Avenue and a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Crowland Avenue. Cranford Park Road, Hayes: (a) The south-east side, between a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Granville Road and a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Granville Road. (b) The north-west side, between a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of Cranford Drive and a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Cranford Drive. Crowland Avenue, Hayes, both sides from the north-western kerbline of Cranford Drive north-west for a distance of 15 metres. Ferncroft Avenue, Ruislip: (a) The north-west side, between a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Field End Road and a point 3 metres north-east of the common boundary of Nos 2 and 4 Ferncroft Avenue. (b) The south-east side, between a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Field End Road and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 1 and 3 Ferncroft Avenue. Granville Road, Hayes, both sides from the south-eastern kerbline of Cranford Park Road south-east for a distance of 10 metres. Kingshill Avenue, the south-east side, from a point 20 metres west of the western kerbline of Dale Drive west for a distance of 7.5 metres. Trevor Crescent, the north-east, north-west sides, between a point 5 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 16 and 18 Trevor Crescent and a point 15 metres south-west of the north-west to south-east arm of Trevor Crescent. Waiting prohibited between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday Bedford Road, Ruislip, the south side, between a point 4 metres west of the common boundary of Nos 8 and 10 Bedford Road, Ruislip, and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 7 and 9 Bedford Road, Ruislip. Waiting prohibited between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday Swallowfield Way, Hayes: (a) The south side, between a point 18.29 metres west of the western kerbline of Dawley Road and its junction with Rigby Lane. (b) The north side, between a point 18.29 metres west of the western kerbline of Dawley Road and a point 137 metres west of the western kerbline of Dawley Road. Waiting prohibited between 11.00 am and 12.00 noon Monday to Friday The Runway, South Ruislip, the south-west side, from the north-western kerbline of Station Approach, South Ruislip, to a point 20 metres south-east of the north-western extent of the cul-de-sac turning area. Schedule 3 Waiting prohibited at any time. Reduction of waiting restrictions—sections to be removed Black Rod Close, Hayes, the east to west arm, the northern side, between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 9 and 10 Black Rod Close, Hayes, and a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerbline of the north to south arm of Black Rod Close, Hayes. Northwood Way, Northwood, the east side, between a point 13 metres south of the southern kerbline of Stanley Road and a point 15 metres south of said kerbline. Stanley Road, both sides, beween a point 15 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Northwood Way and a point 25 metres north-east of the said kerbline measured on the north-west side. 24 August 2005.
