Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, 10 Eagley House, Deakins Business Park, Bolton BL7 9RP, on 13 September 2005, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, 10 Eagley House, Deakins Business Park, Bolton BL7 9RP, no later than 12.00 noon of the business day before the Meetings.
