Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before Monday 25 July 2005, to send in their full names, addresses and descriptions, and full particulars of their claims, to the undersigned, Matthew Richard Meadley Wild, of Baker Tilly, The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, in default of which they will be excluded from participation in any distribution made before such debts are proved.
