At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4 St Giles Court, Southampton Street, Reading RG1 2QL, on 31 May 2005, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Boyle, of Harrisons, 4 St Giles Court, Southampton Street, Reading RG1 2QL, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” P Jacobs, Chairman
