THE BROMLEY (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING ON CAB RANKS) TRAFFIC ORDER 1990 (AMENDMENT NO 10) ORDER 2005
THE BROMLEY (LOADING BAYS) (TIME RESTRICTED) ORDER 1996 (AMENDMENT NO 14) ORDER 2005 (MARKET SQUARE, BROMLEY)
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley, on 26 May 2005, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991, which will come into operation on 6 June 2005. The effect of the Orders will be to introduce a shared Loading Bay/Cab Rank (utilising the existing Loading Bay) as specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Schedule Cab Rank Between 10.00 pm and 3.00 am, Mondays to Sundays: Market Square, Bromley, the south side, from a point 0.5 metres west of the party wall of Nos 35 and 36 eastwards, for a distance of 17 metres. Loading Bay Between 3.00 am and 10.00 pm Mondays to Sundays: Market Square, Bromley, the south side, from a point 0.5 metres west of the party wall of Nos 35 and 36 eastwards, for a distance of 17 metres.
