THE HARROW (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (HARROW TOWN CENTRE) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Harrow made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 7, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and all other enabling powers. 2. The general effect of The Harrow (Prescribed Route) (Harrow Town Centre) Traffic Order 2005, shall be to exempt licensed cabs from the banned right turn from Gayton Road into Station Road, Harrow. The Order also revokes The Harrow (Prescribed Route) (Harrow Town Centre) Traffic Order 1994 and its subsequent amendment Orders, with no change to their existing provisions. 3. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 6 June 2005, and a copy of the Orders that the Order revokes including documents giving more particulars of the Orders, are available for inspection at the Urban Living Reception at the address below, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, for 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
