Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of R. Mendham & Son Limited will be held at the offices of Wilson Pitts, Glendevon House, Hawthorn Park, Coal Road, Leeds LS14 1PQ, on 20 July 2005, at 11.00 am, to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place.
