No 282 of 2005 In the Matter of E.J.S. & SON (ELECTRICAL) LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Wickham House, Station Road, Braughing, Hertfordshire SG11 2PB, presented on 2 March 2005 by Panther Platform Rentals Limited whose registered office is situate at Cedar House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes MK14 6EX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 27 April 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 26 April 2005. A copy of the Petition will be supplied by the undersigned on payment of the prescribed charge.
