Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London SE1 2AF, on 26 April 2005, at 10.00 am, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidators. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such a proxy need not also be a Member.
