NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Hydes Anvil Brewery Limited, of 46 Moss Lane West, Manchester M15 5PH, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary Licence Serial No 2569007009 which authorises the abstraction of water from a borehole at National Grid Ref SJ 8322 9585, at Hydes Anvil Brewery, 46 Moss Lane West, Manchester M15 5PH.
The variation being applied for is to increase the current licence quantity to 930 cubic metres per day, 176,000 per year.
A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Hydes Anvil Brewery, 46 Moss Lane West, Manchester, between 2 March 2005 and 2 April 2005.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Appleton House, 430 Birchwood Boulevard, Birchwood, Warrington WA3 7ND, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
