A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Bartfields (UK) Limited, Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, on Monday 4 April 2005, at 10.30 am.
