SELBY DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN

On 8 February 2005, Selby District Council adopted this plan with modifications. The First Secretary of State was satisfied that the necessary modifications had been made to comply with his direction to the authority to modify the plan. Copies of the adopted plan and of the First Secretary of State’s notification that he was satisfied with the modifications made to comply with his direction are available for inspection at the following locations at the times specified: Planning Reception, Civic Offices, Portholme Road, Selby

The plan may also be viewed on the Council’s website on www.selby.gov.uk A person aggrieved by the proposals who wishes to challenge their validity on the grounds that they do not comply with the requirements of the Planning Act and prescribed regulations, in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 24 February 2005, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning 1990 Act.
