ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 46A
INCREASE OF RESIDENTS’ PARKING PERMIT CHARGES
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and
Chelsea intend to, from 1 April 2005, increase the charges for Residents’ Parking
Permits, under section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and
in accordance with section 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure)
(England and Wales) Regulations 1996. 2. The existing charges, as set out in the Kensington
and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Residents’ Parking) Consolidation Order 2004, are:

of the Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Residents’ Parking) Consolidation
