ALDBOROUGH ROAD SOUTH AND WARDS ROAD—WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO   ) ORDER 200 

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the waiting and loading restriction Order would be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993 so as to introduce waiting and loading restrictions operative “at any time” on the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this notice. Details of exemptions from the restrictions for certain vehicles and persons, together with restrictions on selling or advertising in a restricted street are contained in the original Order of 1993. 3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, together with a plan of the area and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, along with more detailed particulars of the scheme may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Wednesdays), until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NN. 4. Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to TMO Services, 4 Snell Gardens, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 7SU, quoting Ref LBR/64, by no later than 17 March 2005. Schedule Aldborough Road South : (d) the east side, between a point 8.5 metres south of the party wall of Nos 106 and 108 Aldborough Road South and a point 3 metres north of the northern wall of No 108 Aldborough Road South; and (e) the west side, between a point opposite the party wall of Nos 213 and 215 Aldborough Road South and a point opposite the party wall of Nos 219 and 221 Aldborough Road South.
