Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of Teamwork Ventures Limited shall be held at the offices of Haines Watts, 3rd Floor, 70-74 City Road, London EC1Y 2BJ, on 18 March 2005, at 10.00 am, to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company at 10.30 am on the same day, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted to date and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above by no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings, being 17 March 2005.
