NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Parkdean Holidays of 2nd Floor, One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle NE12 8ET, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 15/49/272/G/092, which authorises the abstraction of water from Newquay Holiday Park, between National Grid Refs SW 8512 6273, SW 8502 6266 and SW 8540 6270 at Newquay Holiday Park, Newquay, Cornwall TR8 4HS. The variations being applied for are the addition of new borehole to existing licence and extend season for abstraction to 1 February until 30 November. A copy of the applications and any map, plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Reception, Newquay Holiday Park between 24 February 2005 and 24 March 2005. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 1EB, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
