At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Hendford Manor, Yeovil, Somerset BA20 1UN, on 4 February 2005, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Albert Goodman, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” J A Frosdick, Chairman
