Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Stron Consultancy Limited will be held at 1st Floor, 141-143 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6JE, on 4 April 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of laying before the Meetings an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Pure Recovery LLP, 141-143 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6JE, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meetings.
