Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NZ, on 17 March 2005, at 11.00 am for the Members and 11.15 am for the Creditors. The Meetings are respectively, for the purposes of presenting a statement showing how the winding-up has been conducted to date and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and confirming the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
