Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a Dividend will be paid within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. The last date for Creditors to prove claims in this Company Voluntary Arrangement is 15 March 2005. Creditors of the above-named Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debt or claims to the Joint Supervisors, S R Thomas and P S Dunn, Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London W1U 8RD. Under Rule 11.3(2) the Supervisors are not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the date of proving.
