NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Walsall Golf Club, of Broadway, Walsall WS1 3EY, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial No 3/28/8/165/G/R to abstract water from Full Brook at National Grid Ref SP 0249 9674 at Walsall Golf Club, Broadway, Walsall WS1 3EY. The variation being applied for is to double the amount from (14.3 cubic metres per hour, 28.6 cubic metres per day), 2,864 cubic petres per year to (28.7 cubic metres per hour, 57.3 cubic metres per day), 5,728 cubic metres per year, to provide sprinkler irrigation to Walsall Golf Course between April and October annually. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Walsall Golf Club, between 28 February 2005 and 28 March 2005. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Sentinel House, Wellington Crescent, Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 8RR, before the end of the said period.
