Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, on Wednesday 30 March 2005, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s reports, showing how the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and their property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Members entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf for which a form of proxy is available.
