At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company held at Salters Cottage, Lower Sandy Down, Boldre, Lymington, Hampshire on 10 February 2005, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Michael McConnell, of 38-42 Newport Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” A J Leeson, Chairman
