NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WREXHAM UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

On 14 February 2005, Wrexham County Borough Council adopted these plan proposals. The adopted plan will form the development plan for the area of Wrexham County Borough Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at: Wrexham County Borough Council reception in the Guildhall, Lambpit Street, Crown Buildings and Ty Henblas Offices, Wrexham; Wrexham Library and Arts Centre, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham; Branch Libraries at Brymbo, Brynteg, Cefn Mawr, Chirk, Coedpoeth, Gresford, Gwersylit, Llay, Overton, Rhosllannerchrugog and Ruabon; Mobile libraries within the County Borough; and Glynceinog Post Office, during normal opening hours. The proposals came into operation at their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 18 February 2005 make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
