THE EALING (CYCLE LANE) (NO  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200 
FEDERAL ROAD/BILTON ROAD PROPOSED CYCLE EXEMPTION

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Orders would be to: (a) revoke and re-enact the Ealing (Prescribed Routes) (No 44) so as to allow pedal cycles to enter Federal Road from Bilton Road using the cycle lane in item (b) below; (b) introduce a cycle lane in Federal Road, at its junction with Bilton Road. 3. The Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Brett Duncan at Mouchel Parkman, on 020 8326 3028. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, quoting Ref 641221/ORD 3211/dc, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
