G H JOINERY LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Clive House, Clive Street, Bolton BL1 1ET, on 2 March 2005, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, ie, to consider the Director’s statement of affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee.
