NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 6—APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT FORMER FOUNDRY SITE AND ADJACENT LAND, QUAY STREET, FAREHAM

We give notice that Tesco Stores Limited, on behalf of Tesco Stores Limited and JJ Gallagher Limited, is applying to Fareham Borough Council for planning permission to demolish existing buildings and erect a class A1 retail foodstore and 89 residential units with associated access and car parking, servicing and landscaping.
Any owner of the land or a tenant who wishes to make a representation about this application should write to the Council, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 7PP, by Friday 11 March 2005.
