Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Magistrates sitting at East Berkshire Magistrates’ Court, on 13 April 2005, at 9.45 am, by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for an Order for the stopping-up of highway land adjacent to Tudor Hollow and Ash View, St Leonards Hill, Windsor, shown on the plans referred to in the third paragraph hereof. The application is made on the grounds that the said areas of highway are no longer necessary. A plan showing the effect of the proposed Order is available for inspection, free of charge, during office hours in York House, Sheet Street, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1DD, and at the offices of the Highways Department, St Ives Road, 4th Floor, St Ives House, Maidenhead. On the hearing of the application any person or Company to whom notice has been given, any person or Company who uses the said highway and any other person or Company who would be aggrieved by the Order applied for, will have the right to be heard and should inform the Council’s Highway Department accordingly.
