WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991, SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Dr S J Marsh-Smith for consent to discharge 455 cubic metres per day of trade effluent to Bachawy at National Grid Ref SO 16720 45690, from Rhyd-Lydan Hatchery, Painscastle, Powys LD2 3JN.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 1 April 2005, quoting Ref SE/CUST/MS/AN0381901.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the above address.
