Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of Johnsons of London Limited, Maris On-Line Limited, Surridge Vickers Limited, Urgentchart, Alan Armstrong Limited, H W Seitz and Sons Limited, Bournemouth Area News Distributors Limited, Solent Delivery Services Limited and Solent News Distributors Limited will be held at 186 City Road, London EC1V 2NU, on 17 March 2005, at 11.25 am, 11.30 am, 11.35 am, 11.40 am, 11.45 am, 11.50 am, 11.55 am, 12.00 noon and 12.05 pm respectively, for the purpose of having accounts laid before them by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
