On Friday 4 February 2005 the Partnership between Jonathan Mark Layton and Jerome Harry Blight trading as Laytons was dissolved. Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Jonathan Mark Layton and Jerome Harry Blight, carrying on business as Solicitors at 3 Picton Place, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire under the style or firm name of Laytons, has been dissolved by notice of expulsion served by Jonathan Mark Layton on Jerome Harry Blight on 4 February 2005. All debts due and owing by the said firm will be received and be paid by the continuing Partner, Jonathan Mark Layton, who will continue to carry on the business under the name of Layton & Company. 9 February 2005.
