Notice is hereby given That a local Pre-Inquiry Meeting will be held in relation to The Secretary of State’s proposal for the Orders listed above and the intention to hold public inquiries announced on 27 January 2005. The local Pre-Inquiry Meeting will be presided over by Mr John Watson, an Inspector appointed on the nomination of the Planning Inspectorate, by the Secretary of State for the purposes of presiding over the inquiries into the above Orders. The Meeting will be held on 14 March 2005 at IRCA (Istead Rise Community Association), Worcester Close, Istead Rise, Gravesend, Kent DA13 9LB, starting at 2.00 pm. All persons with an interest in the local Public Inquiries are invited to attend. The Meeting will be held in accordance with Rule 5 of the Highways (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994 and the Compulsory Purchase by Ministers (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994.
