THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 2005

(VARIOUS LOCATIONS)

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, sections 63-87 inclusive and Schedules 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1991. The effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice. Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 2003. A copy of the proposed Order, of the plans of the Scheme and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Leisure Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH quoting Ref ADE(TP)/RP/T100/441 not later than 10 March 2005. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this notice may be open to public inspection.
