TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Kent) (No 3) Order 2005”, authorising the stopping-up of an area of highway at Lord Street, Parrock Street, and Eden Place, Gravesend in the county of Kent. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Kent Transport Team Leader, Government Office for the South East, First Floor, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford GU1 4GA (quoting Ref GOSE/029/001/KENT/2004-A3). It may also be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Gravesham Borough Council Offices, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1AU. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the power of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 17 February 2005, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
