THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED DRIVERS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACE) (REVOCATION NO 2) ORDER 2005
MAIDA AVENUE

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council on 16 February 2005, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effects of the Orders will be to: (a) lengthen a certain residents’ parking place on the south-east side of Maida Avenue to replace a redundant “white badge” disabled driver’s permit parking place; (b) provide that in respect of the residents’ parking place, that the classes of vehicles for which it would be available, the hours during which it will operate and all the time limits during which vehicles may be left in the parking place will remain unchanged. 3. The Orders will come into force for the purposes of the placing of traffic signs, etc on 18 February 2005, and into force for all other purposes on 21 February 2005. 4. The Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, on Monday to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman., Third Floor, 209-215 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NL, until 30 March 2005. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to either of the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 30 March 2005.
