THE BARNET (GOLDERS GREEN) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO 1) (AMENDMENT NO 6) TRAFFIC
ORDER 2005
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made
on 16 February 2005, the above Orders under section 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Orders will be
to make permanent the provisions of The Barnet (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special
Parking Area) (1997, No 53) (Experimental) (Amendment No 71) Traffic Order 2003 and
The Barnet (Golders Green) (On-Street Parking Places) (No 1) (Amendment No 5) (Experimental)
Traffic Order 2003. These experimental Orders introduced on an experimental basis
waiting restrictions as shown in Schedules 1 and 2 and parking controls in the Golders
Green Controlled Parking Zone in Schedule 3. Copies of the Orders, which will come
into operation on Monday 21 February 2005, a plan of the Scheme and the Council’s
statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00
pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the
date on which this notice is published at: (a) Parking Design Team, North London Business
Park, Building 4, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP. (b) The Information Centre,
The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Any person wishing to question the validity
of the Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant
powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements
thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation
to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make
