KRISTALS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 6th Floor, Salisbury House, 31 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5SQ, on 2 March 2005, at 2.30 pm, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. For the purposes of voting, a secured Creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at 1 Bede Island Road, Bede Island Business Park, Leicester LE2 7EA, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. Duncan Beat, of Tenon Recovery, 1 Bede Island Road, Bede Island Business Park, Leicester LE2 7EA, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as is reasonably required. The Resolutions at the Creditors’ Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The Meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.
