INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that Chitty Wholesale Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit to operate an installation involving the slaughter of red meat animals. The installation is located at Slyfield Industrial Estate, Moorfield Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1RP, in the borough of Guildford in the county of Surrey. The application contains a description of any significant effects of emission from the installation to the environment. The information relating to the above IPPC application for a permit to operate the Chitty Wholesale Ltd is held at the following locations: The Environment Agency, Swift House, Frimley Business Park, Camberly, Surrey GU16 5SQ; and Guildford Borough Council, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4BB. Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon payment of a reasonable charge to cover the cost of copying. Any objections or representations to the above IPPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the address below within 28 days from the publication of this notice. Any such objection or representation will be entered into the public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be placed.
