NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR WIRRAL—FIRST DEPOSIT DRAFT ALTERATIONS

Copies for these proposals made available for inspection by Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council on 19 July 2004 have been withdrawn because of the implications of:

the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 (SI 2004. No 1633);
the Town and Country Planning (Transitional Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2004 (SI 2004, No 2205); and the timetable for the review of the initial Regional Spatial Strategy for the North West (RPG 13);

and to enable the Council to prepare a Local Development Framework as introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
