On 26 January 2005 Northumberland National Park Authority, and on 2 February 2005 Northumberland County Council adopted these proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the area of Northumberland and Northumberland National Park. The proposals came into operation on their adoption on 2 February 2005. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 9 February 2005, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
