STOPPING-UP OF PART OF HUNGATE, YORK

Notice is given that an application will be made to the Magistrates Court sitting at Clifford Street, York, on Thursday 24 March 2005, at 10.00 am, for an Order that part of the highway on the northern side of Hungate, in the city of York, and which is indicated on a plan which may be inspected at the reception, 9 St Leonards Place, York, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on weekdays, be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
