Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 10 February 2005, it made these Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be: (a) to impose a 20 mph speed limit in Coldharbour Lane, Hayes, between its junctions with East Avenue and East Way; (b) to impose a speed limit of 50 mph on Harvil Road, Harefield, between a point 75 metres south-east of a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of No 31 Harvil Road and a point 110 metres north of its junction with The Drive; (c) to impose a speed limit of 40 mph on Northwood Road, Harefield between a point 32 metres north-east of the north-eastern boundary of No 292 Northwood Road and its junction with White Hill. Copies of these Orders which will come into operation on 1 March 2005, can be seen at Hayes, Harefield Libraries and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Application to the High Court challenging the legality of these Orders should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which these Orders were made.
