LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act
1907, on 30 December 2004, Zeco Trading S.A. transferred to Coti Services S.A. 100
per cent of the interest held by it in TLcom I ‘B’ LP (the “Partnership”), a Limited
Partnership registered in England with No LP006856, and that with effect from 30 December
2004, Coti Services S.A. was admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner and
Zeco Trading S.A. ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
