NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 17 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day suspended for 3 months the registration of Alzheimers Association (Register No 29693 R), the registered office of which is at 6 Beauforth Court, Admirals Way, London E14 9XL on the ground that it appears to the FSA that the business of the Association is not being conducted for the benefit of the community. The Association ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society during such suspension, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Association, which may be enforced against it as if such suspension had not taken place.
